The Renovation of the Casa Nova de L'Aluart in Caldes de Malavella,  is a renovation and restoration project of a 19th century farmhouse located in the Baix Empordà, in the middle of a protected natural area with a great diversity of fauna. and flora, which makes the site a unique space.

The assignment was the total restructuring of the Masia, converting the existing construction into a space with the current amenities and standards of comfort, health and energy savings but preserving the soul of the building. The intervention had to be carried out for the main home, completely renovating the interiors. In addition, the reconstruction of a small cabin adjacent to the main house, the creation of outdoor spaces such as the pool and terrace with a Chill Out and the urbanization of the accesses to the Casa Nova de l'Aluart.
