Dezain Architects is a multidisciplinary studio formed by an architectural designer, an architect, a technical architect, an engineer, and a specialist in space harmonization. This diverse team allows us to adapt with precision to the unique needs of each project.

The studio is led by Francesc Collmalivern, who brings over twenty years of experience in architecture and sustainable design. Throughout his career, he has combined professional practice with teaching, collaborating in the Higher Degree in Design at ELISAVA – Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, specializing in Sustainable Habitat, and in the subject of Eco-efficient Housing Design within the Master’s in Space Design and Virtual Reality at the UOC.

Currently, Francesc also contributes to the editorial team of "Cuaderno Eco", part of the prestigious magazine "Arquitectura y Diseño", where he analyzes emerging trends in bioclimatic, sustainable, and healthy architecture.

At Dezain Architects, we combine technical rigor, creativity, and environmental responsibility to design spaces that are efficient, innovative, and deeply connected to people and their surroundings.

We use state-of-the-art drawing tools such as the so-called Building Information Modeling (BIM). These represent the evolution of traditional design systems based on two dimensions, incorporating 3D geometric information in real time. We create and manage construction projects with the aim of centralizing all project information in a dynamic digital information model. The use of the BIM system simplifies the execution of the project, allowing good management and reducing the costs of the work.

In addition, for the client's complete understanding of the project, We use tools to visualize the home in virtual reality to make it easier to interpret our proposals. With information technology we create spaces with a real appearance to be able to experience the sensation of seeing the finished home, before starting the work. This allows decisions to be made before construction, saving time and money.

One of the complementary services of Dezain architects is the Project Manager function. Once the construction phase begins, we integrate a member of the team to control the entire work and manage all the industrialists involved in it. With the aim that the client does not have to worry about construction management and cost control in order to obtain a high-quality home that exhaustively follows the standards that have been decided in the design phase together with the clients.

Our philosophy is that all the elements that make up the home have a relationship with each other, using the same concept in relation to the design so that the different parts of the house come into harmony with each other. To make this happen, we design the kitchen furniture, bathrooms, closets and other elements that make up the home. We then contact qualified professionals to manufacture the custom designed elements. And always using the best materials and hardware to achieve excellence in quality.
